Your Changing Direction

I love hearing from you directly in response to any of the messages I send out. Be that with the monthly Coaching With Jen e-zine or the weekly Your Changing Direction messages.

Every year I like to ask you directly for your opinions so that I can keep writing what is relevant for you. So I ask you to complete the following few questions so that I can keep tailoring the messages to suit your needs.

As a thank you, for everyone who answers those few questions, I am giving you the option of entering a prize draw.

The 2 first prize winners will each get their own one to one package working directly with me including:
• Your own welcome pack to identify where you want to go and what’s getting in your way.
• An intensive introductory phone call of up to 1 hour 30 minutes based on your welcome pack to kick start our work together
• Up to 4 x 45 minute follow up phone sessions to keep progressing and working on what you want.

To enter the draw you need to enter your name and email in the appropriate section below.

Terms and conditions
• Your details will not be passed on to any third parties and the only contact made will be to the winners
• The prize draw closes at 1 am (UK time) 1st June any enteries received after that will not be eligable
• Winners will be chosen at random after the closing date and time.
• There is no cash alternatives
• Winners will be notified via email by 5pm 3rd June 2009.
• Winners names will be published on this page from 5th June 2009. By entering you agree as a winner to have your name published on this page.
• The prize calls will be arranged at a convenient time according to both the winners and Jen Waller’s schedules.
• Prizes must be claimed and taken by 1st June 2010
